When we cannot be open to visit (e.g. during covid restrictions) - here are some places you can find some online books, stories and information...

 

If you have a Hamilton City Library Card, you can download books using two different apps.  Here is the link to the Hamilton Library website: How to download e-books, audio books and even magazines like Storytime or National Geographic Kids

 

Our school has subscriptions for NZ Rugby World Kids, Kiwi Conservation Club or UPSTART as well.

 

Storyline Online (that we use in our Video Pit) has learning resources and activity sheets attached to each book - have a look HERE .  Vooks is also useful, but will require a paid subscription.

 

For longer books there is the Online Literature website.  These are mostly CLASSIC books (the ones written a long time ago) but the reason people keep reading them is because they are REALLY GOOD!
